Hollingsworth Pack has recently completed construction administration services for two shell retail projects near Austin. The projects were designed as a mix of tilt-up concrete panel and steel-framed buildings to provide flexibility for multi-tenant use within the growing Central Texas region. Cuaso Design Studio is the prime consultant and architect with Hollingsworth Pack serving as the Structural Engineer of Record, for the developer Endeavor.

The Las Entradas development in Manor contains (2) buildings that are nearing completion, totalling 30,500 square feet constructed by Metropolitan Contracting Company.

The Bluebonnet Plaza development in Georgetown contains (3) buildings that are nearing completion, totalling 24,600 square feet constructed by W.E. O'Neil Construction.
