Zac Jensen Launches BIM & Technology Business Unit in Seattle

Hollingsworth Pack is pleased to announce that Zac Jensen, Lead Building Information Modeling (BIM) Consultant, is launching a new BIM and Technical Services business unit in Seattle, Washington, expanding the firm’s presence in the Pacific Northwest. Zac brings more than fifteen years of experience at the intersection of design and technology, with a career spanning cultural institutions, high-performance workplaces, and complex U.S. federal projects.

As Lead BIM Consultant at Hollingsworth Pack, Zac will offer his expertise as a dedicated service to firms worldwide.

The unit is focused on BIM management and implementation, Revit standardization, and the strategic integration of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to optimize BIM workflows and technologically streamline the drafting and documentation process. Built on the methodologies he has successfully implemented within other firms prior to joining Hollingsworth Pack, Zac’s work helps firms improve coordination, increase efficiency, and elevate the technical quality of project delivery. Zac will also have a central role in moving Hollingsworth Pack's use of BIM into the next generation of AI/Cloud integration.

A core component of the unit’s mission is education and knowledge transfer. Zac provides customized training, Revit workshops, and hands-on consulting to support teams in building scalable, consistent BIM workflows tailored to their specific project and organizational needs. His approach bridges design intent with technical execution, enabling firms to better manage complex projects while adapting to rapidly evolving digital tools.  The business unit will collaborate with other professionals, also within the Pack, where potential synergies will be explored in areas such as operations & maintenance, facade maintenance, construction inspections, special inspections and constructability analysis, to help move these services into the next generation.

Related services include the efficient digitalization of existing buildings, supporting strategic operations and maintenance planning, enabling owners and facility managers to better understand, operate, and extend the life of their portfolio.

The launch of the Seattle BIM Unit reflects Hollingsworth Pack’s continued commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and investing in technical leadership within the Pack. By expanding BIM and technology services beyond the firm, Hollingsworth Pack supports the advancement of digital practice across the broader building industry, to help clients in their adaptation of BIM technology to portfolio and program management.
