Hollingsworth Pack is providing structural engineering services for The Corner on Main, a new retail development located at Main Street and Fire Cracker Drive in Buda, Texas.

The project, which began design in 2021, is planned to bring approximately 48,000–50,000 square feet of retail space to the growing east side of Buda. The development will serve the nearby Sunfield community and surrounding neighborhoods with a mix of restaurants, retail, and service-oriented tenants. The project will spread across seven buildings on roughly 5.5 acres, and is expected to include tenants such as Tap In, a family entertainment venue with mini golf, a golf simulator, and a bar.

Developed for Runa Workshop and Radiator Springs, The Corner on Main is designed to support the area’s continued residential growth east of I-35. Hollingsworth Pack’s structural engineering work helps bring the multi-building retail center to life, supporting a project that will add new dining, shopping, and neighborhood services to one of Buda’s rapidly expanding corridors.

The project is anticipated to reach completion in Q2 2027.
