The dedication of the Ft. Liberté Prison took place on Wednesday, August 24th. The project was funded by the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs. Hollingsworth Pack Austin provided structural engineering services with support from Dr. Richard Klingner, Professor Emeritus at The University of Texas at Austin for schematic design and detailing.
