Hollingsworth Pack has completed civil and structural engineering design and construction administration for Phase One of the Buda Mill & Grain Co. development, a planned adaptive reuse of the historic facility constructed in 1914. Services include stormwater drainage design for nine acres, parking and grading layout for two acres, utility extensions for new city sewer and water mains through the site, and structural engineering for three building renovations. We are currently working on structural engineering design for three additional buildings.
