In March, Hollingsworth Pack was awarded a structural engineering contract with Villa Park Architecture for the condition assessment and renovation of a 73,000 square foot retail building in Universal City, Texas. We have completed construction documents for the facade renovation, and are currently working on interior modifications for the future tenants. UPDATE: The project has been nominated for a 2016 Outstanding Construction Award by the Associated General Contractors of America.
