Can we contribute to fostering a deeper connection to nature in Texas?

Spread across 2,200 acres in the high hills where the Pedernales and Colorado rivers converge, the most amenitized master-planned development in Texas, Loraloma at Thomas Ranch, will be situated.

Hollingsworth Pack Austin has started engineering work to provide support for the development, including the construction of the golf course maintenance facility, pump house, two golf course comfort stations, and the prototype design of residential houses. Currently, there are 24 floorplan variations being considered, which will eventually result in the construction of up to 450 custom homes at the 2,000-acre Loraloma site.

One of the project's goals is to challenge the conventional way of living by fostering a deep connection with nature for its residents, thereby promoting a lifestyle centered around the environment and well-being.

Hollingsworth Pack has also been tasked with carbon footprint evaluation during the design process, namely using our experience within the SE2050 program, to reduce embodied carbon.
