Hollingsworth Pack has been awarded the structural engineering for Phase I of Lantana Place, a planned 325,000 square foot mixed-use development located in southwest Austin by Stratus Properties, Inc. We are supporting local architecture firm Enviroplan, and starting work on a parking garage, pedestrian bridge, and the surrounding retail buildings.
