MEP Engineering services provided for a new interior tenant improvement of approximately 60,000 square feet. MEP systems included: modifications and additions to the existing variable air volume system, efficient LED lighting and controls throughout, plumbing modifications and additions for tenant break rooms, and construction administration services. A key feature to the project was to keep an open concept in the employee open office areas along the entire perimeter of the tenant space, which involved careful coordination of architectural and MEP systems throughout the space. Structural Engineering services provided for a new interior monumental staircase to connect the two leased office floors.
