This building occupies one fourth of a square block in Portsmouth, VA and displays two stories of professional sports history of Virginia’s residents plus a Hall of Fame for those selected annually to be recognized. A major tourist attraction, Hollingsworth Pack provided all construction contractor quality control and monthly payments approval including all interior furnishings/cabinetry for displays. The project was completed on schedule and within budget.
