US Embassy Lima

Monitoring of multiple projects over a 4 year period

Hollingsworth Pack provided construction monitoring (supervision) services at the US Embassy in Lima, Peru. Starting in 2009, two projects, each in two phases, were monitored. The final phase of the final project was completed in 2013. The construction contracts consisted of a perimeter security upgrade of the compound with modifications to access control points and perimeter wall attributes, as well as a complete fit out of the embassy annex building basement. The projects were staffed with a local construction monitor, who was trained by Hollingsworth Pack and supported with remove supervision throughout the projects. The cost of these services was a fraction of the cost to send a security-cleared American, yet the quality of the services met OBO standards. Over the period of the four years, the Hollingsworth Pack project director made only two site visits.
