Land development engineering for a 3.1-acre lot in Bee Cave has been completed. Engineering included site layout, grading, drainage piping to existing regional water quality and detention ponds, utilities, and erosion and sedimentation controls design. Spearheaded submission and approval by multiple permitting authorities including City of Bee Cave, Travis County, LCRA, and TCEQ.
Structural and MEP Engineering was performed for the 37,500 square foot two-story office building.
