Hollingsworth Pack was contracted to provide construction monitoring services for two ground up automated car washes in the Austin, Texas area. Hollingsworth Pack was able to effectively manage the performance of the contractor and provide updates on the progress to the client located in California. The work was ongoing during the height of the COVID pandemic in early 2021. The client was not able to effective travel and was almost entirely reliant upon Hollingsworth Pack to monitor the schedule, quality and compliance with the contract documents and resulting contractor billing.
