Adaptive re-use of existing warehouse

Adaptive reuse and renovation of an existing warehouse into a new commercial shell building totaling 25,000 square feet. Structural engineering scope most notably included the demolition and re-framing of nine interior bays for an upper clerestory roof. Tenant improvements included a new mezzanine and MEP services.
