Hollingsworth Pack provided constructability and phasing for a project focused on reconfiguring the US Consulate in Managua within its current footprint. Marlon Blackwell Architects led the efforts, which included a team of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers in developing a series of alternatives to address necessary upgrades. As part of the team, we participated in the development process for each alternative, ensuring that the final version and related phasing not only met the programmatic needs of OBO but were also feasible in terms of construction and minimized impacts on the embassy's operations.
