Hollingsworth Pack is assisting as the local Architect and Engineer for the lease fit-out of a new US Consulate in Nuuk, Greenland, providing operation and maintenance support, as well as local code analysis services for Kieran Timberlake.
The Consulate will be located in a new building, so the scope involves providing support to include Department of State requirements in the local tender process, reviewing the project for local codes, providing operations and maintenance consulting services and supporting for the preliminary survey in preparation for the design. Given the remote location and the harsh climate, a special focus has been given to operation and maintenance services.
