New two-story Class-A shell office building of 21,500 square feet, and commercial interior fit-out for 1-floor to be occupied by Keystone Bank. The building is conventionally steel-framed with elevated concrete composite floor construction. Structural and MEP Engineering were performed on the shell building for Enviroplan Architects, and the interiors for S.Tipon Studio.
