Guadalupe Violet Crown is a 48-unit, five-story multifamily community shaped to fit an irregular urban site.
The design incorporated an affordable housing element, which helped to benefit from recently enacted City zoning density bonuses.
Hollingsworth Pack performed structural engineering design on the initial 24-unit, 3-story building concept and later helped Webber + Studio Architects efficiently pivot to the 5-story final design utilizing a cast-in-place concrete podium supporting the wood framed residential units above.
