Hollingsworth Pack is supporting the comprehensive renovation of an existing three-story residential facility in northern Greenland, where the building is being stripped back to its primary structural frame and rebuilt with a new envelope, interiors, and building systems.
Our BIM team established the project’s digital delivery framework, including the BIM Execution Plan, Revit model standards, existing-conditions modeling, and coordination procedures for architecture, structure, civil, and MEP disciplines. LiDAR survey data and reconstructed existing conditions were used to create a reliable basis for design within the retained structural shell.
Throughout design, federated models and Navisworks clash detection were used to identify and resolve coordination issues, including constrained conditions where structure, MEP systems, ceiling heights, and architectural requirements competed for limited space.
The coordinated BIM environment supported the project through final construction documentation, providing a consistent platform for design development, multidisciplinary coordination, QA/QC, and IFC delivery.
