As part of a joint venture with Cushing Terrell in the Small Business Mentor-Protégé Program, we at Hollingsworth Pack serve the Federal Government’s General Services Administration based in Denver (GSA). Our team provides Structural, Civil and MEP engineering services to the GSA.
Completed projects include office finish outs and renovations for the Social Security Administration (SSA), the United States Geological Survey (USGS) at the Denver Federal Center, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in Boulder.
Our team successfully finalized the following projects:
- 2,400 square foot office space finish out for the Social Security Administration (SSA) at Building 67 in the Denver Federal Center, providing MEP engineering services.
- 1,700 square foot conference room finish out for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at the David Skaggs Research Center in Boulder, Colorado, providing MEP engineering services.
- 11,300 square foot office space finish out for the Social Security Administration (SSA) at Building 67 in the Denver Federal Center, providing MEP engineering and structural engineering services.
- 1,500 square foot laboratory finish out for the United State Geological Survey (USGS) at Building 25 in the Denver Federal Center, providing MEP engineering and project management services.
And the following projects are in progress:
- 10 electrical vehicle charging stations (EVSE) for the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) outside Buildings 56 and 67 at the Denver Federal Center, providing electrical engineering, civil engineering, and project management services.
- Parapet and wall study in order to recommend repairs to the 18-story Byron Rogers Federal Building in downtown Denver, Colorado, providing structural engineering and project management services.
- Chilled water heat exchanger replacement for the Bureau of Land Management at Building 85 of the Denver Federal Center, providing structural engineering and project management services.
