Hollingsworth Pack is providing structural engineering design and construction administration services for the ground-up construction of a two-story 58,000 square foot Medical Office Building in Frisco, Texas and a two-story 45,000-square-foot Medical Office Building in Rockwall, Texas.
Each project is constructed of deep drilled pier foundations supporting perimeter tilt-up concrete panels, and a steel framed floor and roof system. Both projects are being delivered for VUE Realty Group and Studio Indigo Architecture.
