Education First provides experiential learning programs for people of all ages and nationalities throughout the world. Hollingsworth Pack performed MEP design services and construction administration for Education First's new Austin location off South Congress Ave. The tenant improvement project required careful coordination of the energy efficient lighting layout to meet tenant lighting level requirements, modifications and additions to the base building variable refrigerant volume HVAC system with variable volume dedicated outside air, plumbing modifications for tenant break rooms and additional bathrooms, and coordination of tenant power, security, and AV design and integration. Total project square footage was approximately 25,250.
