Hollingsworth Pack has supported LEVYDYKEMA Architects by providing structural engineering services for the development of two single-story, steel-framed commercial shell retail buildings in Austin, Texas. These buildings, totaling nearly 50,000 square feet, have been designed with steelmoment frame lateral force-resisting systems, to provide flexible exterior openings and storefront configurations for a changing tenant base over their service life.
East Village, a 425-acre residential community located on Parmer Lane in the heart of Austin’s northeast tech corridor, is ideally positioned across from Samsung Austin Semiconductor and near major employers such as Dell, National Instruments, General Motors, The Home Depot Technology Center, and Amazon and offers an optimal blend of urban living, with a wealth of planned shopping, dining, entertainment, and outdoor amenities.
