Hollingsworth Pack is performing Structural and MEP Engineering within the new Dry River District mixed-use development in Kyle, Texas for Endeavor Real Estate Group and Cuaso Design Studio. We are currently working on 9-buildings totalling approximately 65,000 square feet of primarily shell retail with frontage along IH-35, including new Z'Tejas and Torchy's Tacos restaurants. As pictured above, structural steel construction is nearly complete at Torchy's Tacos, which is our first building to go vertical.
