The project was for a new Consulate addition to the existing United States Consulate in Willemstad, Curaçao. The project included several new structures to support government operations as well as a major renovation to the existing Chancellery. Hollingsworth Pack was called upon to provide constructability and phasing reviews for this design-build project. The consulting support also included facility management input for the design during the bridging phase with an on-site facility operations marketing survey. Hollingsworth Pack’s role was a subconsultant to the Michael Baker International team. The project was concluded in December 2021.
