Central Park Gateway is an approximately 44,000-square-meter mixed-use development in Ulaanbaatar’s Central Business District, comprising two residential towers, a Grade-A office building, retail and food-and-beverage spaces, community amenities, and structured parking.
Hollingsworth Pack Seattle serves as the technical bridge between design intent and implementation, establishing and managing the project’s coordinated BIM environment across architecture, structure, MEP, sustainability, and other consultant disciplines. Revit and cloud-based workflows provide a shared framework for technical development, interdisciplinary coordination, constructability review, clash resolution, and project decision-making.
Working across an international consultant team, our BIM practice helps translate evolving design concepts into coordinated, buildable solutions while maintaining consistency across multiple buildings, disciplines, and phases of work. The digital model also supports the project’s sustainability goals, including high-performance envelope systems, renewable energy strategies, heat recovery, electric-vehicle infrastructure, and energy-efficient building systems.
