Land development for Phase I consisting of 3.6-acres within a 8.7-acre development. Our civil engineers provided land development permit and construction drawings including modern drainage improvements, water quality treatment and new utility services. Most notably we led close cooperation with the City of Buda for engineering design of a new City water main through the site, tunneled below nearby railroad tracks and connected to a water tower.
