New construction for Phase I includes 145,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office buildings. Phase II design is in-progress. The retail and office buildings are steel-framed with tilt-up concrete wall panels, and the restaurants are wood framed. The retail buildings were designed using Revit Structure allowing integration into the 3D architectural BIM model.
