Hollingsworth Pack has been awarded a task order to support the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations in their purchase of residential units at the Hafen Park Quarter (HPQ) in Frankfurt, Germany for US personnel living in Frankfurt and working at the US Consulate.
Hollingsworth Pack provides site-observation services for the assessment, completion, customization and/or closing of the purchase, including modifications for compliance with US regulations and codes. The constructability reports are ongoing with structural engineering review and potential accessibility upgrades, and will continue until completion of the construction, estimated in late 2024.
