With over twenty-five years of construction and related experience, including federal, municipal, and private sector projects, fifteen of which spent on site, Mr. Beckner is responsible for establishing the new Hollingsworth Pack Dallas office in Texas. Gavin is a proven and capable project manager, project superintendent, and estimator with experience in healthcare, Military Construction (MILCON), education, diplomatic and commercial buildings.
