Dave Dunkman, PE of Hollingsworth Pack Austin gave a presentation today at the American Society of Civil Engineers Structural Engineering Institute Structures Congress in Denver, speaking about the firm's experience and structural design challenges on the Fort Liberte Prison project in Haiti.
