Hollingsworth Pack has recently opened an office in Ellis County Texas serving the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex, Northern Texas and Central Texas. The office will provide Construction Management services and Project Management services for the professional, educational (K-12) and retail fields.

Hollingsworth Pack self performs consulting to include pre-construction estimating, constructability reviews of contract documents, quality assurance inspections, RFI review and recommendations, submittal review for compliance with the Issued For Construction documents, risk management as well as many other services as required.

The lease has been signed as of July 2022. The space is currently undergoing tenant improvements and expected to be completed in earlier October 2022.
