The commissariat in St. Marc has been completed and handed over to the Haitian National Police.  The improvements to this regional center, located adjacent to the courthouse, were funded by the US Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs. Construction was performed by PALGAG.  Hollingsworth Pack and CTA of Austin, TX supported the project with design/build tender documents.
