The dedication of the Ft. Liberté Prison took place on Wednesday, August 24th. The ribbon cutting was performed by The Haitian Minister of Justice and Public Safety, Mr Camille Jr Edouard and the Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy of the United States to Haiti, Mr. Brian Shukan.  Bishop Quesnel Alphonse christened the building. Solicited as a design-bid-build project, the building was constructed by DFS Construction LLC.  The project was funded by the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs. Hollingsworth Pack Williamsburg provided project management services, civil engineering and architectural design. Hollingsworth Pack Austin provided structural engineering. The Austin firm CTA is the MEP engineer of record.
