The commissariat in Vivy Mitchell was officially opened with a ribbon cutting ceremony today. As with the Commissariat in Martissant, Hollingsworth Pack has provided bridging documents for the design-build tender.  CTA of Austin, TX supported the design with MEP Engineering and the design-build contractor was PALGAG.
